      Duffle Bag (L to XL) or any large suitcase
      Hiking boots (goretex lightweight with ankle protection)
      Gaiters (goretex preferably if available)
      Back Pack 20- 30 liters
      Water bottle (camelback + 1 bottle), keep in mind you need 1.5L with you all the time
      Hiking Poles
      Sleeping bag (0 to -5 degrees)

      Warm fleece (polartec power stretch preferable)
      Goretex jacket preferable or puncho water proof
      Fleece gloves windstopper
      A high-quality best ultralight packable down jacket .
      (You can buy or rent a good down jacket and a down pants in Nepal starting 1$ or less per day)

      Bottom Base Layer 
      Hiking pants
      Soft shell pants for alpine trekking
      4 pairs of Hiking socks for warm climate
      4 pairs of hiking socks for cold climate
      A high-quality best ultralight packable down pants
      (You can buy or rent a good down jacket and a down pants in Nepal starting 1$ or less per day)

      Sun protection + Lip Balm (with SPF 50)
      Camera +extra batteries
      Medical kit with panadol and strepsils, including few medicine u are use to have
      Head lamp + extra batteries
      Your preferred food bars and gels
      Any other personal items such as underwear and washing kit/toiletry (Toilet paper, hand sanitizer, water purifiers, sunscreen, moisturizer, toothpaste and toothbrush).
      Anything related to food, water will be provided by tour operator
      Snacks you like and entertainment such as books, cards, an iPad etc.
